-½ cup low fat cottage cheese w/ chopped cucumber and tomatoes

-Sliced raw vegetables: cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, cauliflower

-½ cup low fat cottage cheese

-Sliced red and yellow peppers w/hummus

-Celery with peanut butter cream cheese

-Celery with smoked salmon cream cheese

-Small handful of peanuts
